Dec 11– China’s top steelmaking province of Hebei will activate an orange alert for heavy air pollution at CST 12:00 December 13, in anticipation of worse diffusion conditions.

The south central and east of Hebei, including Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan, Dingzhou, Xinji, Xiong’an New Area, Tangshan, Langfang, Cangzhou and Qinhuangdao, are required to implement level II anti-smog measures.
