Apr.13 (LTIT) –Aluminum live-on-warrant stocks on the London Metal Exchange have risen above 1 million mt, LME data showed Thursday.

On-warrant stocks stood at 1.07 million mt, up 94,450 mt or 9.4% on the day and up 6.3% up week on week.

Total aluminum stocks in LME-registered warehouses stood at 1.34 million mt, up 7.55% on day and 2.9% on month.

The stocks deliveries were incentivized by LME's announcement on Tuesday that it would conditionally suspend the placing of Rusal metal on warrant, effective April 17.
